What are the exit options available?
For Greece, as well as for every country that we plan to operate in, there is a very active secondary market for solar PV assets. Should you decide to exit your investment, finding a willing buyer is going to be more rule than exception.
What project information does PV-Broker publish online?
We provide the basic set of information that would allow the interested investor to perform an initial evaluation of each project. You can always schedule a call with us if one or more projects appeal to you! |
How can I access further project details?
Access to project details such as financial and performance history, technical details etc. requires signing of an NDA. This will allow interested investors to have access to all requested documentation. |
Does the listed price reflect the full cost of acquisition?
The listed price refers to the acquisition price. However, similarly to buying a real estate property, you will typically want to perform due dilligence and you will have to pay for contract fees and taxes. All such costs are estimated around 5% of the ask price. |
Can I acquire PV assets in Greece as a citizen/resident outside EU?
Absolutely! Our team of experts is here to navigate you through every step of the legal and tax procedures, ensuring a smooth and compliant investment journey. No matter where you’re based, we make investing in Greek solar PV assets straightforward and accessible.
Does PV-Broker offer advisory services independently of projects listed?
Generally, we do not manage due diligence and bank financing processes in case a PV project is not brokered by us. However, we can undertake its management as an asset. Please contact us to declare such interest. |
Are the projects listed on PV-Broker properly licensed?
Similarly to buying a real estate property, the projects need to undergo a formal technical, legal and financial due diligence before any transaction takes place. Among other things, the purpose of this process is to ensure they have received all necessary legal permits and that these are in force, as well as that their equipment are in good condition, retain the necessary certifications and are under warranty. |
How does PV-Broker assist investors during the negotiation stage with sellers?
